It's hard to remember to do that when you're teaching.

Meditate with your eyes open while you move your body.
Teachers do not have the peace and quiet that's required for most meditation practices. Lightworker practice for Schooldays can be done in active or chaotic environments. Course includes beginner-friendly instruction for those new to working with subtle energy.

Release stress stored in your body
Devote ten minutes to recover in the evening after a day of teaching. Spend 30 minutes on weekends to hone your technique when you're not teaching. Recovery meditations use practices derived from Reiki, Qi Gong, healing with the hands, and the West Coast psychic schools.

Esoteric Wisdom meets Modern Science
The theoretical foundation for the course is provided by Light Body Theory, as outlined in the book Light Body Human Universal: An Adaptationist View of Non-Newtonian Anatomy by E. Stephens Gain. It's appropriate for all religious and cultural backgrounds.
