This challenge is for teachers who want to use mindfulness in their classrooms but feel too stressed to do so. This 15-day program will teach you how to feel and manage subtle energy in your Light Body. You'll make new energetic habits (similar to Reiki or Qi Gong) that will unlock new abilities to maintain peace and cooperation throughout the day and to release stress when you go home. This program is designed to start on a Saturday when you're not teaching, then proceed through two weeks when school is in session Monday through Friday. The weekend classes will get you ready to start practicing energetic techniques during the school week. The schoolday instruction is very short, with a 2-minute video for the morning before school, and a 5-minute video for the evening at home, with a checklist to remind you to practice managing subtle-energy while you're teaching. The weekday classes are organized into four progressive levels, and you'll spend two or three days on each level. This gives you time to internalize the practice, and if you miss a weekday class, you won't be behind if you skip it and go to the next day. It's designed to take 15 days, but everyone has two months to complete the program to accommodate different learning styles and life events.
